If you had downloaded these files, lets begin the tutorial. How to Change LogOn Screen Background on Windows XP.
First, you need to extract your files you have download. Then run Resource Hacker. After the program run, open files logonUI.exe in logonUI.rar and then replace the bitmap files with sample background or you can modified your image for more creatives.
After that, you can replace the original windows logonUI files in C:\WINDOWS\system32\logonUI.exe with logonUI.exe files you have modified. If the original logonUI was protect by windows, you can use the Replacer Program to replace the original file.
If the process done, you can logOff your computer and then you can logOn again to your user account. You can see the result when you logOff or on StartUp computer.
